Q. Will Beachbreak Holidays book my accommodation for me?

A. No. After purchasing your holiday voucher you can then contact the resort of your choice and organise your dates.

Q. Can I book ahead?

A. You can make resort bookings up to 3 - 6 months ahead of time (subject to resort).

Credit Card Details

Q. Do I need to give my credit card details to make a booking?

A. No. You will need to quote your voucher number.

Reservation Guarantee

Q. With my confirmation number is my room reservation guaranteed?

A. When a confirmation number is issued, your room is reserved through the resort reservation system. There have been rare cases, where there is a communication breakdown between reservation computers. Resorts, fortunately, recognize this can happen and will always do their utmost to accommodate all confirmed reservations. It is extremely rare that a reservation is overlooked.

Reservation Confirmation

Q. Will I need to confirm my reservation prior to check in?

A. It is advisable to ring and confirm your reservation a few days before arrival and to check on the weather!

Cancellations

Q. How far ahead must a package be cancelled?

A. Normally 24 to 48 hours prior to arrival. You are normally told of the cancellation conditions at the time of booking. If you are not told, please check this at the time.

Extra Nights

Q. Can I request an extra night or two?

A. Yes. But you must deal directly with the management of the resort. They will have rates that are applicable. Remember your pre-booked package has been carefully discounted and extra night rates will be at the discretion of the resort.

Room Facilities

Q. Can I request a particular room type?

A. Yes, you can request a particular room type, such as a non smoking room, or a room with a view, however these can not be guaranteed.

Q. Can I request an extra bed for an unexpected visitor?

A. Once again you must deal directly with the management. They will have rates that are applicable to your situation. If you have advanced notice you can contact the team at Breachbreak Holidays and organise a package that will suit.
